The American Research Center in Egypt reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ARCE, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ARCE may use the photograph/video online or in print media produced, used, or contracted by ARCE including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

A person attending an ARCE event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers or contact ARCE at info@arce.org in writing of their intentions and include a photograph. ARCE will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in an ARCE event or by failing to notify ARCE in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by ARCE, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify ARCE from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with ARCE may not use, copy, alter, or modify ARCE photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized representative from ARCE.

Present at the 2025 Annual Meeting

Abstract applications for the Best Student Paper and Poster award for the 2025 In-Person Annual Meeting are now open till December 13, 2024. Abstract applications for the Best Student Paper and Poster competitions must be submitted through the All-Academic system by December 13th, 2024. All additional supporting documents must be submitted to BSP@arce.org by January 10, 2025.
