Cancellation Policy

“We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, we offer a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee, until mid-March 2026. Please note that cancellations must be made in accordance with our policy to receive the refund. Please send an email to Ms. India Peters(ipeters@arce.org) with your reason for cancellation. You can also reach us via AMhelp@arce.org. All refunds will be processed after the meeting

The Meeting Schedule will come out after abstract acceptances in 2026. 

Our in-person meeting spans three days, featuring four concurrent sessions held across multiple conference rooms.

The American Research Center in Egypt (ARCE) prioritizes sustainable resource consumption and incorporates environmental considerations into our meetings and conferences. As we commit to reducing our environmental impact, please note that most of our previously printed materials are now available digitally.

The American Research Center in Egypt reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by ARCE, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. ARCE may use the photograph/video online or in print media produced, used, or contracted by ARCE including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

A person attending an ARCE event who does not wish to have their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organizers or contact ARCE at info@arce.org in writing, and include the photograph. ARCE will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.

By participating in an ARCE event or by failing to notify ARCE in writing of your desire not to have your photograph used by ARCE, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify ARCE from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.

Any person or organization not affiliated with ARCE may not use, copy, alter, or modify ARCE photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized representative from ARCE.
