Lecture Information

We hear about different culture legends and folklore concerning ghosts, evil spirits, black magic and unexplained phenomena. In Egypt, though we don’t celebrate nor dedicated festivals to honor ghosts, it is worth mentioning the existence of Al Naddaha, known as “the Caller.” Al Naddaha is said to rise from the depths of the Nile, roaming the night in search of her next victims, luring them with her enchanting voice.

You are invited to a captivating lecture that explores the history and remarkable architectural gems of some of Egypt’s most famous haunted buildings throughout the ages. Tales of ghostly sightings and strange sounds emanating from abandoned buildings continue to circulate in Egypt, with certain locations rumored to be more haunted than others, according to popular belief.

Prepare to be enthralled as we delve into tales of ghostly hauntings, mysterious deaths, and hidden passages that have woven themselves into the fabric of local folklore—stories sure to send shivers down your spine!

Join us for a special and enchanting spooky night in the heart of Cairo. This family-friendly event will also feature a delightful trick-or-treat experience for the kids. Don’t miss out on this hauntingly good time!
