Linda C. Giuliano
Linda Giuliano is a seasoned C-suite executive with over 30 years of asset management experience at AllianceBernstein (AB), where she led strategic initiatives that capture new avenues for growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance the client experience. Her leadership roles included Head of Responsible Investing, developing the firm’s ESG platform and launching a pioneering climate education program with Columbia University. As Chief Administrative Officer of Equities, she managed financial, operations, risk, and talent, and she also served as AB’s first COO for Alternative Investments. She created and led an Internal Consulting group transforming operational infrastructure, leveraging technology and reducing costs. Since retiring from AB in 2020, Linda has focused on board service, and providing ESG consulting services.
Linda is a Trustee at Sherman College of Chiropractic, serves on the Finance Committee at the American Research Center in Egypt, and on the Advisory Council and Chair of the Nominations Committee of Cornell’s Johnson School of Management. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, a MBA from Cornell University, a certificate in AI business strategy from MIT Sloan, and a sustainability and climate risk certificate from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
