Jessica is a seasoned Board Clerk with a BA in Business Administration and multiple nonprofit board effectiveness certifications. Fluent in German, she has spent time in Europe, further enriching her diverse professional background. Jessica is well-versed in parliamentary/governance procedures, adeptly managing board meetings to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations. 

Throughout her career, Jessica has worked with various nonprofit organizations, supporting boards in achieving their governance and strategic goals. She excels in facilitating board orientations, developing bylaws, and implementing best practices for board operations. 

With a passion for nonprofit work and a commitment to fostering strong board governance, Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her, along with her ability to build positive relationships with board members and staff, coupled with her proficiency in managing board-related tasks.
