40th Anniversary Celebration of the George Washington University Museum and the Textile Museum

The museum celebrates its 40th-annual free community festival with a unique look at carpets, curtains, cushions, and other textiles for the home. Build a fabric fort, watch local artists spin and weave, enjoy dance performances, and explore spectacular fabrics from the ancient Mediterranean through tours of Woven Interiors: Furnishing Early Medieval Egypt.
