Katha Kissman

Katha brings over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management and consulting. She has served as a Senior Governance Consultant with Board Source and is known for her expertise as an interim leader and organizational development advisor. She has served on numerous boards, including the Office Depot Business Women’s Council and the Maryland State Arts Council. She is the author of several books, including Taming the Troublesome Board Member and Transformational Governance. She holds a B.S. in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University, and has advised ARCE on a range of initiatives as a consultant.
