
Jennifer Rowland
Jen is a Finance and Accounting professional who over the course of her 25+ year career has worked in over 45 countries, holding the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Audit Executive and Partner at a Big 4 Accounting firm. Her most recent experience has been building her own consulting practice to quickly diagnose and build a strategy to support a company’s needs in times of transition and growth. Jen serves as the Audit and Finance Committee Chair of New Jersey Innovation Institute (a NJIT Corporation) and is on the advisory Board of the Women’s Leadership Initiative at the University of Delaware and Treasurer of Rescue Pals, Inc. LLC. She also serves on her local government as the Deputy Mayor. Jen earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in Spanish from the University of Delaware. She is a member of the AICPA, NJCPA, NYSSCPA, IMA and IIA. She has also completed a certificate in Corporate Governance from Cornell University.
